Use the Windows Task Scheduler to make your Work automated

Windows Task Scheduler /></a></div><div></div><hr class=

Windows Task Scheduler is the windows Administrative tool by which you can automate your windows tasks. Windows Task Scheduler enables you to launch the program/script at a scheduled time. You can use this component as reminder also, as this compone
nt will alarm you at a specified time with a message. This tool triggers an action which launches a program or script. By creating a simple task you will understand exactly what is task scheduler. To create a task follow the simple steps below-

Windows Task Scheduler /></a></div><div><br />
<blockquote class=
Go to Start-->Control panel-->Administrative Tools-->Task Scheduler.
Windows Task Scheduler
Select the 'Create basic task' form the actions panel.

In the wizard specify the name for the task and description which is optional and purely for your information purpose. Click next.
Choose among the various radio options to specify the start of the action. In my example I chose 'one time'.
Now change the date and time as per your wish. At this date and time the task action will be triggered.
In my example I am going to play music in the windows media player, so I chose 'Start a program'.
Under Program/Script browse for the windows media playlist which we are going to play as an action.
Next and finish. You have created your task.
To amend your task, search for the name which you specified previously in the middle upper panel and double click it, and make the necessary changes that you want.
